Notepage Bingo me please.

I'm trying to get The Trade L2 and need to get notepage bingod to do so. I'm a member of "Flare Star" village and I'm trying to do this before we go IR. I can return the favor from my alt chara if anyone else needs to get note bingod. If you can help me out thank you.
