One Piece Vllage Requesting Entrance to Colbert Nation

Who we are
One Piece is a relatively small village(average active players ~27)
OP is not a very strong village, we are mostly S1 & 2 players except me(Isamu00 S4 and mirech S3.
We have 70 upgrades including Enticement Altar.

Why we want in
As aforementioned we are not a strong village, we have 2 attracters( me & mirech). I know a lot of you from the IRC rooms, and know you to be very good people. The Colbert Nation is not just another Alliance but to me seems like something more, a bond of friendship and trust that no normal alliance has.

I have sent the link to this thread to all the other kages, and hope for each of them to respond individually.

In my personal opinion, it is okay to move into the non-aggression pact stage that we first established with Malicious Village.

in OP we have already put you all on the no attack/bingo list(Tote exception)

I'll move the same: a non-agression pact would be best at first, since I am not aware of an existent presence of the kage (ie: an alt) within the Colbert Nation.

I'm part of usually in Delicious, but am currently away getting Sti on my last character
