After Negotiating with Scarlet Village after they invaded Threatdown for a shit ton of ryo we have agreed that in retaliation they will allow us to raid their village twice and Coup De Grace bingo their Kage once. I have to clear all of these actions with their kage before taking them, but its a promise of 0 retaliation so its worth it. I will be holding off on these actions until I have ninja with the A-team and the Tote to carry out these actions. Afterwards the Scarlet kage and myself have agreed to a Non-Agression Pact.
