Sweepers and Rifters
When the map starts, decide if you want to be a Sweeper or a Rifter, directions for each are below. The proportion should be something like 3 Rifters for each Sweeper.
Sweepers: Stay below, Mops from the gas station combined with Thorough maxed is your best bet. Keep roving Z's clear. Try and be sure map is pinged after doing a clear, or at the very least leave a message in the Z chat. Use hospitals built to the left and right low down to your advantage. I suggest making one trip to the arms depot for weapons at some point.
Rifters: Get to the Arms Depot asap. Start out with 2 chainsaws and push directly up. Once the Arms Depot is secured, move straight up, and then either attack rifts or the squares in the row below the rifts. DO NOT WASTE EFFORT ON OTHER SQUARES. Zetta skills and Medic are essential. Hospitals will be built at arms depot and one below the rifts on each side.

Two-Man Cells
Two-Man Cell: The most practical team option right now for us is a two-man team. Both provide Medic support for each other to avoid unnecessary hospital trips. If you have someone you can work with, try to work together with them as a two man squad. When two two-man cells join together, they form an All 4 One team. This is merely advice for now, not an official team effort.

Bunkers
Bunkers: Bunkers not next to a hospital are great place to use as Medic centers. I suggest placing bunkers at key forward positions for people working on the lower map, and when in need of medics, return to the bunker, then a medic can make one run there, heal multiple people, and return there.

Medics
Medics are best used directly out in the field on infested squares or areas away from hospitals. There is very little reason to heal people on or near a hospital. The best way to use a medic is when working in the two-man cell described above.
There is one exception to healing on a hospital, if someone has negative hp, and you can get them to postive with a few heals, do so.

Flamethrowers for Dummies
Flamethrowers for Dummies: If you have a flamethrower, you are a Rifter. Flamethrowers are for Thumpers and Thumpers only. First thing to attack on a rift is the thumpers with your Flamethrower. Do not bother going back to fix it unless you would be there anyway. Mollies are a waste of ZAP.

Boomsticks for Dummies
Boomsticks for Dummies: If you have a boomstick, you must use it to push as fast towards Arms Depot as possible. Use it only on Zettas if you have a choice. Once Arms Depot is cleared, you can decide to be a sweeper or a rifter.
